Awarded in Cusk for service in 1965, 1967, 1968 and 1969

Republic of Vietnam Meritorious Unit Citation - Gallantry

Awarded to Cusk for service from: 9 September to 10 November 1965; 19 July to 19 August 1967; 15 to 16 November 1968; and 18 January to 1 February 1969

"Aloha Patch"  1962

This patch was created shortly after the AN/BPQ-1 (XN-1) Regulus guidance equipment was removed.  At the time, the Cusk was home-ported in Pearl Harbor
